183302 - ARPA Joe Louis Greenway Design Consultant

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) requests qualifications from experienced Consultants to render certain technical and/or professional services ("Services") as set forth in this RFQQ.  The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQQ) is to establish a list of pre-qualified Vendors to bid on various projects associated with the Joe Louis Greenway (JLG) Project as defined within this RFQQ.  
The Consultant(s) will manage the development of City-identified segments and projects along the Joe Louis Greenway and surrounding adjunct areas. Responsibilities include program development, scoping, design, field work, construction documentation, costing, bidding, and contract administration services.
