184340 - ARPA – DPD – Helicopter Broker Services

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) seeks brokers with expertise in helicopter sales based on the required specification/equipment. The City is seeking aircraft brokerage services for understanding client requirements; identifying top aircraft targets; conducting research on potential aircraft; confirm and negotiate pricing; conduct offer to purchase; complete aircraft purchase agreement with buyer and seller; complete pre-buy work scope; oversee pre-buy process up to successful completion; and prepare aircraft documents for closing. The aircraft shall be delivered to the Detroit Police Department – Air Support. All stickers, tags, and plates with part numbers, and manufacturers name, model, or identifying information shall have all paint, or other material removed so that information may be recorded.
Responses must be uploaded in Oracle; Vendors must be registered as Vendors with the City of Detroit.
