Description

The Detroit Building Authority proposes Bid Package 1 to include development of three parking lots with electric vehicle charging capabilities:

W. Warren – 0.204 acres
E. Warren – 0.236 acres
Dexter – 0.211 acres

The Contractor shall return complete bids for all areas described and presented; upon review of all bids, the DBA may eliminate select packages from the planned construction, in order to arrive at an overall project that meets funding and construction constraints. The Contractor shall fix pricing on all construction packages presented for the 2023-24 construction season, in the event the DBA secures funding for additional construction not initially awarded.
