Description

Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to participate in the School-Based Health Quality Initiative. This initiative is committed to providing a spectrum of school-based mental health and preventative services, with a special emphasis on integrated health. This overarching initiative incorporates two specialized programs: the School Success Initiative and the dynamic School Enrichment Program after-school program. Rooted in integrated health, our mission is to foster holistic well-being for every student through school-Based support.
PLEASE REVIEW THE FORMAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. FAILURE TO ADHERE MAY RESULT IN YOUR BID BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE.
