RFB # 537544 - Sewer System Metering Maintenance

The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) requests proposals that will provide services and materials for removing, cleaning, installing, performance analysis and maintaining sewer meter installations for a two-year period. The purpose is to continue the efforts of a Detroit system-wide flow monitoring plan to refine calibration of the all-pipe sewer model of Detroit, support regional flow balance calculations, provide data collection for condition assessments and perform pilot projects that improve the assessment condition techniques utilized. This data allows calibration of certain areas of the model, where major flows are not currently being monitored.
