The work to be performed by the elevator Contractor under the specifications shall consist of furnishing all material, labor, supervision, tools, supplies, and other expenses necessary to provide full service and preventative maintenance services, and repairs of every description, including inspections, adjustments, test and replacement of parts as herein specified for all equipment covered under this ITR.
