The Project includes the following Work (all quantities approximate):
- 319 square yards of HMA road pavement removal, 678 square yards of additional pavement removal (HMA over concrete base removal and concrete pavement),
- 144 square yards of sidewalk removal, 3.37 acres of clearing, 18 stormwater structures to be removed, 238 lineal feet of less than 24-inch storm sewer pipe to be removed;
- 43.7 Tons of 36A HMA replacement, 72.9 Tons of 13A HMA replacement, 490 square yards of concrete road pavement and base replacement, 10 square yards of driveway concrete, 132 square
yards of sidewalk, and 80 lineal feet of concrete curb installation;
- Seven bioretention basins ranging in depth from 4 to 7 feet, for a total of 10,286 cubic yards of soil removal, 1,106 cubic yards of bioretention soil installed, 11,465 plantings, and 2.34 acres of
lawn restoration;
- 190 lineal feet of cross road drainage channel construction, 8 catch basins, 11 end sections with rip-rap and bar screens, 7 overflow structures, 837 lineal feet of 12-inch RCP storm sewer, 1,257
lineal feet of 6-inch PVC underdrain, 3 sanitary manholes to be built on existing rear yard combined sewer and one tap into an existing sanitary structure. The Bidder hereby agrees to
perform all work assigned by the Engineer no matter where located, at the Unit Prices established in the Bid Schedule.
