Skybridge Connector Project: An approximately 43,000 square foot, threestory free-standing addition will be constructed on the southwest corner 
of the existing Huntington Place Convention Center. This addition will 
connect to the ‘Skybridge’ that extends over Second Avenue from the hotel 
property at the west and to the third floor at the southwest corner of the 
existing Convention Center. The intent of the project is to allow 
pedestrian traffic at the third floor of the hotel and Convention Center to 
circulate between the two buildings in a climate-controlled atmosphere. 
There will also be a new entry and lobby at grade. There will be 
approximately $6,000,000 in MEP hard construction costs associated with 
this addition. 
Capital Improvement Projects: an undefined number of projects with 
currently undefined scope. This portion of the work is expected to extend 
from approximately the date of contract award to approximately 
December 31, 2029, but may be terminated at any time at DRCFA’s 
discretion. This work shall be requested solely at the discretion of DRCFA 
as the need arises. This work may take place in any of the Huntington 
Place properties. The proposer must provide staff hourly rates beginning 
with 2025 rates with a yearly inflations percentage which will be calculated 
at on January 1, 2026 and then again on each new year following.
