In order to be considered, vendors must submit a sealed proposal to the Hillsdale Veteran Affairs no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on April 30, 2022 and must be accompanied with a written statement of the Vendor verifying that the offer is valid for 180 days after the proposal deadline.
