The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for Professional Engineering Services for Preliminary Engineering of Pennsylvania Road Grade Separation in Romulus City and Huron Township, Wayne County, Michigan. The Grade Separation will be for the CSX Railroad crossing across Pennsylvania Road 1500 feet West of I-275. The Scope of Service for providing Preliminary Engineering Services limited to Surveying, Geotechnical Investigation, and Traffic Analysis, and some other Professional Engineering Services as required by Wayne County DPS.
