WCLB-002 - General Contractor/Construction Manager

The WCLB has been awarded funding to complete eight residential rehabilitations. The grant award requires that all properties be brought up to code with the final deliverable being a certificate of occupancy. The eight residential properties are in various municipalities throughout Wayne County and may have different requirements to acquire the certificate of occupancy. The properties were acquired following tax foreclosure, and each will need a wide range of rehabilitation to be brought up to code.
By way of this RFQ, the WCLB is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“Responses”) to provide construction manager/general contractor services (“Services”). The WCLB intends to pre-qualify Construction Manager(s)/General Contractor(s) (“Consultant(s)”) that can provide comprehensive construction management services for various WCLB projects.
