The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for Active employees and pre-Medicare retirees PPO, HMO medical benefits, and prescription drug benefit programs. These benefits have been divided into the following separate proposal options:
❖ Medical PPO and HMO Program - self-funded
❖ Medical PPO and HMO Program - fully insured
❖ Innovative Cost-Effective Medical Program - Fully Insured and/or Self-Funded
❖ Prescription Drug Program - self-funded
❖ Prescription Drug Program - fully insured
