The County of Ottawa, on behalf of the Human Resources Department and Fiscal, is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for a time and attendance software system that is designed to enable employees to enter hours worked and leave requests. The proposed system shall support a biweekly payroll for upwards of 1,500 employees, which includes a mix of salaried and hourly employees. The system must have a solution for leave requests, leave tracking capabilities, timesheet abilities, workflows/approval flows, and audit history.
