The County of Ottawa, on behalf of the 20th Circuit Court, Juvenile Services, is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified Providers for a project providing services to enhance parent engagement within the Juvenile Justice and Family Court systems through direct support services, professional collaboration, and system-level improvements. The selected provider will work closely with the Court and its stakeholders to ensure families are supported and empowered throughout the court process. Anticipated start date, Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

Proposals will be accepted by e-mail submission only, as follows:
Respondents will submit an electronic proposal (preferably single-file PDF format) by e-mail to: purchasing.rfp@miottawa.org with subject line of: “RFP 25-054 Parent Engagement Support and Training”. The County can receive email attachments up to 25 megabytes. Proposal documents larger than 20 megabytes should be sent in multiple emails with subject line of: “RFP 25-054 – 1 of 2”, etcetera. It will be the Proposers’ responsibility to ensure that their proposal have been appropriately delivered and received.
