Midland County is soliciting proposals from qualified Design/Build contractors to construct a
60’ x 106’ steel building with radiant in-floor heat. The building will be located at our
Pinecrest Farms facility at 413 N Homer Rd, Midland, MI 48640. We have provided an
outline sketch of our desired building, including doors, loading docks, lighting, plumbing,
heating, and electrical. This structure has been reviewed and permitted by the Homer
Township Planning Commission. In addition, we have included engineered site drawings to
provide access to the building and to account for surface water drainage throughout the site.
