Description

Livingston County Purchasing is requesting sealed proposals from qualified architects capable of providing architectural consulting services on an as-needed, multi-year basis. Firms submitting proposals must have a working knowledge of building codes and requirements pertaining to public facilities. Knowledge of building construction, the construction industry, materials, and a proven track record for providing quality architectural advisory services is essential. In addition, experience in inspection and project supervision is also essential. Firms with a proven track record of managing projects to completion on time and within budget are highly encouraged to submit a proposal. The total contract period will be for five (5) years.
