Description

Clinton Township Housing Commission is seeking quotes to complete a group of 2 vacant unit turns. Both units below will be available for walking on Friday, September 10, 2021, between the hours of 9am and 1pm. Both units will need a full painting (all white with 1 taupe accent wall in living room), replacement of all vinyl or metal outlet and switch covers, new receptacles and/or switches, the VCT tile buffed and waxed, new LED light fixtures installed, all screens to be secured and in working condition, and unit will need to be cleaned in its entirety.
