Additional Bidding Instructions

Bids must include unit cost, extended cost, and delivery schedule. A bid form has been included and must be completed and returned by the Vendor. The City of Sturgis is exempt from Michigan state sales taxes and will provide appropriate exemption certificate upon acceptance of the quote. Following acceptance by The City of Sturgis a Purchase Order will be issued to the successful vendor.
Bids must be submitted to the City of Sturgis, 130 N Nottawa St., Sturgis, Michigan 49091 no later than 4:00pm, Monday, September 15, 2025. All bids must be labeled with “State Line Substation Steel Structure Bid” on the outside of the proposal. Electronic copies will be accepted through the BidNet website. Bids must remain valid for 45 days.
