The experience, resources, ingenuity and creativity of the firm; qualifications, experience and ability of the assigned staff; the completeness and timeliness of the level of service proposed by the Firm and favorable pricing will all be significant factors in the selection process and subsequent award of this contract.
The Final decision on selection of the Firm for this project will be determined by the City of Portage Council or City Manager. The City reserves the right to award a contract in parts, per lot, per item, per task or for the entire project, to award to multiple Contractors/Firms, to waive any irregularities, and to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids which it deems to best serve the interest of the City. In addition, contracts will be awarded pending City Council budget approval.
