15. Responsive Bids
At a minimum, responsive bids shall include the following:
15.1. Submittal Requirements

15.1.1. Color depictions of each design/layout (minimum three) depicted in the area to be installed.
15.1.2. Cost estimates for each combination/layout with installation shall be listed separately.
15.1.3. Equipment should feature a slide, climbing structure, and swings including tot swings. (See Attachment D)
15.1.4. Warranty information for all equipment must be included.
15.1.5. All proposed equipment will meet standards for the Consumer Product Safety Commission; American Disabilities Act (ADA); and any other applicable standards for playscape equipment and structures.

15.2. Completed and Signed Bid Form
15.3. Completed Exhibit C per the instructions provided.
15.4. Bid Bond (5%)
