Following this meeting when warranted an addendum to the request for proposals will be issued to address any changes or clarifications. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory, but is strongly recommended since the purpose of the meeting is to address any questions or problems that might arise so that all interested parties can share the benefit of uniform oral and written inquiry responses. All questions or concerns regarding the selection process or procedural matters should be addressed at that meeting.
