The City of Portage is requesting construction bids for the 2022 Utility Installation Projects.

Contractors bidding on this project are required to be Michigan Department of Transportation
pre-qualified unless they have successfully completed three projects with other government
entities including but not limited to schools, counties, and/or municipalities.
Except where otherwise noted contractor shall refer to the 2012 Michigan Department of
Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction, including Errata. These
