The work shall consist of quarterly preventative maintenance, which includes examining, re-lamping, repair operating push buttons and hall position indicators, the cleaning and lubricating of all the elevator components as necessary in the elevator machine room, hoist way, car top and pit, and performing necessary minor adjustment to the following elevating devices:
