1.24 miles of road reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk replacement, ADA ramp replacement, concrete drive approaches, site restoration, replacement of 1,454 LF of 8" sanitary sewer, CIPP Lining of 2,177 LF of sanitary sewer, 6,590 LF of 8" water main construction and 1,103 LF of storm sewer construction.
Streets included in the project area as follows: Picardy Place, Westwood Drive, Azalea Court, Corona Circle, Sumac Drive, Scenic Drive, Cold Springs Circle, Westwood Street (Cold Springs to Lewis Street), Highland Avenue (Bacon to Westwood St.) and Glendale Avenue (Bacon to Westwood St.)
