2066 - City of Hazel Park Community Meeting Space Project (Pole Barn Rehab Project)

Renovation and rehabilitation of the public pole barn shell, located next to the Hazel Park Community Center (located at 620 W. Woodward Heights Ave). This will serve as a new staple in the community for a place to host meetings, a venue for receptions, a gallery space for artists, and many other community needs. The renovation will also utilize this space as a heating and cooling center for the residents of Hazel Park and the neighboring City of Ferndale as needed.
