Bids are requested for the sale and removal of various quantities and grades of logs, as per the specifications contained in the attached bid document. The City anticipates multiple awards for this project and reserves the right to award to more than one vendor, split the award by single item or combination of items if it deems it is in the City’s best interest.
The City encourages an on-site inspection for verification of quantity, wood grade, size of logs, and working area. The City’s Project Manager may be contacted for appointments for an on-site inspection. The City Project Manager is Joe Sulak, jsulak@grcity.us, #616-456-4236.
No separate schedules, agreements, terms, conditions, etc., shall be recognized or accepted if not submitted with the response to this solicitation.
All information in a bidder’s proposal and the subsequent contract is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. 1976 no.442, as amended, MCL 15.231 or latest revision thereof. Bidders shall note that pricing methodologies, cost and fee proposals, and any other response information related to pricing shall not be considered confidential information.
