Before submitting bids for their work, the Contractor shall be granted the opportunity to examine the premises and satisfy themselves as to the existing conditions under which they shall be obligated to operate, or that in any way affects the work under this contract. No allowance shall be made subsequently in this connection, on behalf of the contractor for any negligence on their part. The pre-bid meeting/on-site inspection will be held on August 12,2025, 10:30am beginning at the Fleet Department located at 333 Market Ave SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Bidders shall sign in at the pre-bid meeting.

In order to see the location at 1600 Scribner Ave NW, all visitors will be required to bring their own PPE, including safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, and safety toe shoes. Parking is limited at this location; so, vehicle consolidation may be required depending on bidder turnout.
