The City of Grand Rapids is seeking qualified contractors to provide professional services for the rehabilitation and lining of existing sanitary sewer manholes. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from experienced contractors capable of performing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to clean, repair, rehabilitate, and line existing manholes to extend their service life, prevent infiltration, and provide chemical and corrosion protection.
