Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) testing and Toxicity Identification Evaluation (TIE) laboratory services, a component of a Toxicity Reduction Evaluation (TRE), as per the specifications contained herein. Analytical methods and quality assurance/quality control procedures utilized for WET Testing are required to be compliant with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes & Energy (EGLE) requirements. The City’s intent is to award to two contractors.
