A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND MANDATORY SITE TOUR will be held on July 10, 2019 at 9:30 AM local time at the Frankenmuth City and Township Government Center followed immediately by a site tour. The Mandatory Meeting and Mandatory Tour will end approximately at 1:30 PM.

Meeting minutes and sign-in sheet of the pre-bid meeting will be made part of the Contract Documents for the project. Only bids received from registered contractors in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting and mandatory site tour by record of legible print on the pre-bid meeting sign-in sheet will be opened. All other bids will be rejected as non-responsive.

Bids will be opened and read aloud at the City Offices. Only hard copy format on forms provided by Owner with all blank spaces completed in ink or typed will be accepted. Fully execute the Bid Form and submit with required documents. Do not modify in any way. Bids shall remain firm and may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 calendar days after the Opening Date.

Bids received at the office after the time specified for receipt won't be considered and will be returned unopened. This material requirement isn't subject to waiver by the Owner. The City of Frankenmuth reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and the right to waive any informalities in the Bidders’ Proposals.
