Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting
A mandatory pre-bid meeting Flint will be held on Wednesday September 27, 2023, at 11:00 am EST at the McKenzie Conference Room 2nd floor, 1101 S. Saginaw St, Flint, MI 48502. Prospective bidders are to meet here, with a department official facilitating the meeting. Please send a notice of intent to attend to Heather Griffin @Hgriffin@cityofflint.com by Tuesday, September 26, at 10:00 am. EST. This will be the only venue where potential contractors will be able to have a face-to-face conversation with the department. This venue will also allow contractors to ask any questions concerning this Project. Failure to attend this meeting may result in disqualification of your bid.

The mail in HARD COPY with the original signature (signed documents) must be received by Tuesday, October 10, 2023 by 11:00 A.M. (EST), City of Flint, Finance Department - Division of Purchases and Supplies, 1101 S. Saginaw St., Room 203, Flint, MI, 48502. Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the proposal name and proposal number.
Electronic Copy, please email to PurchasingBids@cityofflint.com by Tuesday, October 10, 2023 by 11:00 A.M. (EST). Pease note that in the subject line of the email, type in the proposal name and number.
Faxed bids are not accepted.
