Description

The City of Flint is seeking a qualified archaeologist and architectural historian to assist with Historic Preservation in accordance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and Noise Abatement and Control standards in accordance with 24 CFR Part 51 Subpart B.
This includes preparing documents for submission to the Michigan State Historic Preservation Office and calculating the day night average sound level (DNL) for various residential projects.
To be considered, your qualifications must meet the minimum federal professional standards as outlined in 36 CFR Part 61.
This is a prevailing wage project. The awarded contractor must agree to furnish wages and fringe benefits based on the most current prevailing wage rate schedule. More information can be found here:

(EST), City of Flint, Finance Department - Division of Purchases and Supplies, 1101 S. Saginaw St., Room 203, Flint, MI, 48502. Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the proposal name and proposal number.
