Advertisement for Bids

Sealed bids for improvements of the attached residential properties will be received, by the City of Beaverton, at City Hall, 128 Saginaw Street, Beaverton, MI 48612, until 1 pm local time on Tuesday, December 1st 2020 at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. The project consists of exterior improvements per the addresses and description listed in the program narrative. Also included are photos of each property. Contractors have the option of bidding on select properties or all. Please submit a separate price for each property with schedule of values for each site.
