Additional Bidding Instructions

Sealed proposals for this project will be received by Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc., until 10:30 a.m., Local Time on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at which time and place all bids will be privately opened and read.

Plans and Specifications will only be available online at the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) Purchasing Group site, http://www.mitn.info beginning Tuesday, February 23, 2021. Hard copies of Plans and Specifications will not be available for purchase. The Bidder is advised that in order to submit a bid on this project, the Bidder must download and complete the Proposal Form (Section 00300) and include a scanned copy of their bid deposit with their electronic bid submission. The original bid deposit for the low bidder will be required to be submitted to the City following the bid letting.
