2023-01 - Feasibility Study for Adaptive Reuse of Barn - City of Wixom, MI

The Wixom Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is soliciting for a comprehensive feasibility study to formally evaluate the potential for adaptive reuse of a 1900’s barn owned by the City of Wixom, Michigan. This study will include a physical evaluation of the barn, any remediation cost estimates, an analysis of potential relocation options, and cost estimates based on the viable locations.  In addition to the physical evaluation, the DDA would like to include a separate line-item cost for an innovative community engagement survey to gather community input regarding the barn and its future. The specifications provided by the successful bidder will meet or exceed all requirements described in this Request for Proposals and any additional bid and contract documents provided by the Wixom DDA.
