Description

The City of Wixom, in partnership with the Wixom Downtown Development Authority (DDA), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the fabrication and installation of gateway, wayfinding, and facility identification signage. This work is part of the City’s ongoing effort to enhance community identity, improve navigation, and promote key destinations through cohesive and attractive signage.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) incorporates the design intent, sign count, location plans, and message schedule as developed by Guide Studio of Cleveland, Ohio. All work must be performed in accordance with the performance specifications outlined in the accompanying documents.

Proposals will be accepted by the City Clerk, City of Wixom, 49045 Pontiac Trail, Wixom, MI 48393 until Monday, June 9th 2025 at 10 AM.

Envelopes must be plainly marked “SIGNAGE FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION SERVICES” and must bear the name of the proposer. All proposals must be signed by a legally authorized agent of the proposing firm.
