The City of Wixom officially distributes bid documents through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade
Network (MITN). Copies of documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies.
Only those vendors who obtain documents from the MITN system are guaranteed access to receive addendum
information if such information is issued. If you obtained this document from a source other than MITN, it is
recommended that you register on the MITN site, www.mitn.info and obtain an official copy and any addenda.
The City of Wixom also reserves the right to use any other method of advertising and/or distributing bid
information; however, any additional method of distribution will also direct vendors to MITN.
Questions, comments, or concerns of any bidder regarding bidding or the contract documents must be
submitted in writing by 3:00 p.m. on September 26, 2023. No inquiry received after that date will be given
