Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is accepting proposals for lawn maintenance and weed mowing services. The services shall be divided into two categories and are identified as:

1. Weed Cutting for Ordinance Compliance 2. City Owned Vacant lot and Property

Three contracts will be awarded—One contract for Weed Cutting for Ordinance Compliance—East of Van Dyke; One contract for Weed Cutting for Ordinance Compliance—West of Van Dyke; One contract for City Owned Vacant lot and Property. The Weed Cutting for Ordinance Compliance Contracts shall be awarded to separate contractors. However, the Contract for City Owned Vacant lots and Property may be awarded to the same contractor as is awarded one of the Weed Cutting for Ordinance Compliance Contracts.
