t is the intent of this specification to provide for the purchase of one (1) new and unused trailer patcher. The specification as listed is based upon a Spaulding Manufacturing, Inc. RMV Road Savor. The City’s Public Works Department has evaluated different types of trailer patchers and has determined that this product is best suited for the City’s needs in safety, quality, performance, and standardization. This specification is not to be interpreted as restrictive, but rather as a measure of the safety, quality and performance against which all trailer patchers will be compared.
