ITB-W-7641 - Transmission Repairs/Rebuilding

Summary of Specifications:
Vendor must be Allison authorized re-builder with a transmission dynamometer (dyno). Vendor must furnish Allison factory authorized rebuilt transmission. Each transmission must be fully dyno-tested. Dyno must be run at high speeds and tested through all the gears Transmissions shall be shipped/installed complete. Highest quality genuine Allison parts shall be utilized. All bearings, synchros, gaskets, and gears are to be replaced. Work is to be done in accordance with the latest engineering updates. Rebuilds shall include the latest factory improvements. Minimum 18 Month / 12,000 mile Factory Warranty Delivery within the city limits of the City of Warren shall be included in the bid price. Where installation requested price shall include all labor to install transmission but shall not include fluids.
