Summary of Specifications:
Furnish on a stand-by, “as needed” basis, emergency snow removal services for the 2011/2012 winter season, as assigned by the City through its Superintendent of the Department of Public Service, or his or her designee. The work will principally involve snow removal on residential streets. All work and services shall be performed in a professional and efficient manner, and under the supervision of Contractor. The Contractor shall furnish, at its sole expense, all equipment, vehicles, qualified and licensed personnel, materials and fuel, necessary for the performance of such services
