ITB-W-7788 - Snow Removal

Summary of Specifications:
It is the City’s intention to receive bids for the plowing of snow off various parking lots owned by agencies of the City of Warren during the winter season(s) of 2008-2009 (1-Year Contract). There several sites involved as described below, and they are of varying sizes, configurations, and difficulty of access. The proposals are designed to include all locations but to separate them by facility and area of operation for purposes of isolation of billing costs. An award will be made to a contractor based on bids received which best serve the interests of the City. All bidders shall submit quotes in any one or both of the pricing options included in these specifications.
