Important Note to Vendors:
The City of Warren is soliciting quotes for t-shirts with silk screened imprint. Quote must include all screen charges, set up fees, art charges and delivery. All garments using light color or white ink are required to have 2 coats or 2 hits of ink, with a flash dry between each coat. Order will be randomly checked upon delivery. If the ink on the garments is not fully cured, delivery will not be accepted, and order will be canceled. All t-shirts are short sleeve. Number on back of shirt will be 3 sets of numbers ranging from number 1 to number 40. Winning vendor will be notified Monday, July 12. Delivery is needed by Friday, July 16, 2010.
