Important Note to Vendors:
The City of Warren is soliciting quotes for t-shirts with silk screen imprint. Quote must include all screen charges, set up fees, art charges and delivery. All garments using light color or white ink are required to have 2 coats or 2 hits of ink, with a flash dry between each coat. Order will be randomly checked upon delivery. It the ink on the garments is not fully cured, delivery will not be accepted, and order will be cancelled. All t-shirts are short sleeve. A total of 6 screens will be needed for this order. (4-front, 1-back, 1-sleeve). A screen document is attached.

Please note that we will be purchasing item #'s 24-26 or 27-29, but will not be purchasing both.
