Summary of Specifications:
At the request of the City, the Broker will market and sell single family homes constructed or rehabilitated with City of Warren HOME and NSP funds. At a minimum, the homes must be listed with both Realcomp II Ltd. and MIRealSource MLS. Marketing of the homes shall not be limited to Macomb County, and must be directed to persons of low, moderate or middle income regardless of race, religion, sex, color, national origin, age, height, weight, marital status, or handicap.
