Summary of Specifications:
The City mails approximately 50,000 bills monthly (600,000 annually) to water & sewer utility customers. Actual quantities vary slightly from month to month. The bills include a tear-off stub for payment processing.

Printing, stuffing, and delivery of these bills is being solicited under this contract. Additionally, vendors will have the option to bid on additional informational inserts as well.
