Summary of Specifications:
Provide equipment, materials, and labor to design, fabricate, assemble, mount, terminate, test, adjust, document, and warrant the audio systems described in these specifications and on the associated drawings and to train the facility operator's personnel in the proper operation and maintenance of these systems. The outdoor sound and video system shall be able to have up to 1000 persons viewing an outdoor inflatable screen after dusk and listen to stereo audio with enough audio head room to be heard above general outdoor ambient noise. It should also be easy and durable enough to set up and tear down on a constant basis. The system will have a portable cart that will store and protect all equipment when not in use, the one exception will be the inflatable screen and its associated hardware it will have its own case provided by the screen manufacturer. The portable cart is a custom made cart to house all equipment and store the projector, audio equipment rack, speakers, speaker stand along with all cables and accessories.
