Summary of Specifications:
All specified areas are to be brushed and rolled. No others method will be accepted. Bidder to leave all the above in as clean a condition as found prior to painting. All painting supplies, trash, etc. to be removed off site by contractors. Nail pops, cracks and miscellaneous damage to be repaired by bidder prior to application of the finish coat. Water stains are to be spot primed with a white pigmented shellac primer. Tarps or drop cloths to be used in all carpeted areas. Wall fixtures and base molding is to be covered to prevent paint spatter. Contractor is responsible for clean up.
