Description

Summary of Specifications:
Nail pops, cracks and miscellaneous damage to be repaired by bidder prior to application of the finish coat. Cracks in walls and ceilings are to be repaired with mesh tape and patched to a feathered edge. Patched areas are to be sanded smooth and spot primed prior to the finish coat. Water stains are to be spot primed with a white pigmented shellac primer. Tarps or drop cloths to be used in all carpeted areas. Appliances, countertops and cabinetry to be covered to prevent paint spatters.
