Summary of Specifications:
The project includes concrete paving of the south half of Frazho Road, between Colman and Warner and concrete pavement rehabilitation of Stephens Road, between Van Dyke and Marmon Avenues. Frazho Road will be widened from existing 18-foot wide concrete pavement to a 36-foot wide concrete pavement. Deteriorated sections of the existing concrete pavement along the south half of the Stephens Road, lying within the City of Warren limits, will be removed and replaced with new concrete pavement.
